We’ve made it as easy as possible for you to get your gift cards:

  1. Add required gift cards to your Bag & proceed to Checkout. Discounts will automatically apply based on your order details.
  2. Select your preferred payment method (credit card, instant EFT or standard EFT) and enter your billing information.
  3. Gift card codes will be emailed to you in CSV format (password protected) once the payment has been made.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The value of each gift card must be between R50 – R5 000.
  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of issue.
  • Gift cards are redeemable at Cape Union Mart, Old Khaki & Poetry Stores in South Africa only.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or credit.
  • Friends & Family loyalty points cannot be earned when purchasing gift cards.
  • CSV files containing gift card codes will be password protected for your security.
  • If you don't find your gift card email in your mailbox, please check your spam folder.
  • Please expect minor delays for large orders as gift card codes may take time to generate.
